Loye A. Patty, died at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, Wash., Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005, following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Coy Patty, and his sister Maude. He was born Feb. 9, 1929 in Sevierville, to Margaret and David "Tobe" Patty. Loye moved to The Wenatchee Valley and married Gladys M. Mailloux June 21, 1952. They raised four sons. Survivors include his wife Gladys M. Patty; three sisters, Kathleen Drinnen and Francis Parton, both of Tennessee, and Lois Starkey of Illinois; four sons, Robert (Crystal) Patty of East Wenatchee, Tom Patty (friend, Jeri Lynn Sones) of George, Wash., Bill (Bonnie) Patty of Quincy, Wash., and Jerry Patty of Snohomish, Wash.; seven grandchildren; five great grand children. Services were held Wednesday, Oct. 26, at Telfords Chapel of the Valley, P.O. Box 7236, E. Wenatchee, Wash. 98802.
